Please read the following carefully. Your use of this website and purchase of the products (or services) ("Products") on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms").

Shopping with us

* You can Order Products in the following ways:
1. online via this website;
2. by telephoning 0845 375 4400
* When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above ("Order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
* When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email.
* We may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at our sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
* All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Price

* Prices displayed in red are promotional prices. These may be products we have secured at a special price and will be valid for a limited timeframe and subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order at these prices we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply. If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled.
* We work hard to maintain accurate pricing but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing on your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
* You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.
* Prices quoted on this website are in UK sterling (pounds).

Payment

* You must pay for your Order prior to despatched and you can only do so by credit card, debit card, or cheque. Please note that cheques must be cleared before Orders are despatched. Credit and debit cards are only debited at time of despatch. If you are using our education site you may place orders on account if you are a government funded educational institution.

Title of Goods

* Title of all goods does not pass to the purchaser until they are paid for in full.

Credit Card

* Orders may be processed online, or by telephone, using a credit or debit card (currently VISA, MasterCard, Delta and Switch/Solo).
* To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
* Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.
* All Order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the Order differs.

Cheques

* In the UK, you may pay by cheque if you wish.
* Please make cheques payable to Zings Music Group and remember to include postage (as shown during Checkout procedure). Please also send us a covering letter detailing your Order, cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount, expiry date, contact details and delivery address.

Availability

* We try to keep our site as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular Product will always be available. If we cannot supply a Product you will not be charged for it.
* Please be aware due to the nature and variety of the Products we feature, many of our Products are sourced outside of the UK (e.g. Germany, Brazil) and delays may be incurred accordingly we will advise you by email of such delays.
* Some Products are manufactured to order only and delivery may take 4-6 weeks.
* All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you and cancel your Order as soon as we can after receipt.

Delivery

* We aim to despatch Orders within 2-14 working days of receipt, and can only deliver to destinations inside the UK.
* You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.
* If your Order is made online but you do not pay by credit card, or if you Order in any other way, please contact us for details of the delivery charges prior to Ordering.
* Our Standard Delivery is 1-3 working days via either courier or Royal Mail.
* Our couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products between these hours.
* We will make every effort to deliver within this time frame but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
* If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your Order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.
* All Orders must be checked within 48 hours of receipt and any discrepancies must be notified by telephone (on 0845 375 4400) or use our contact form on the website. Damages and shortages may not be accepted after this period of time.
* Keep all packaging until you are fully satisfied that your Order is correct.
* Please Order from us with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be held responsible for this.
* Please sign for all parcels received as unexamined.
* This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns

* We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from zingsmusic.com. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
* All items returned (for whatever reason) must be agreed prior to return.
* We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible, but within 14 days.
* Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including books, videos, reeds, open sets of strings, special orders, woodwind instruments (e.g recorders, harmonicas etc.) due to hygiene requirements, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. 

Products Damaged In Transit

* If your goods are damaged in transit, you must report it to us within 48 hours. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, you must sign the delivery note "received damaged" and report it to us within 24 hours.
* You must keep all packaging for inspection purposes.
* Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we will either despatch replacement or issue a refund to you via your original payment method.

Unwanted Products

* Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order with zingsmusic.com. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind, then in line with the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) regulations 2013 (CICA) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 14 days from receipt. All returned Products must not be unnecessarily handled and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us, with all original packaging, including owner manual, warranty card and any supplied accessories.
* Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under CICA, you have 14 days to do so at your own expense.
* Once goods are received at zingsmusic.com and passed inspection, we’ll issue a refund for the cost of the goods and outward postage to your original payment method.
* Any goods that are received incomplete, unnecessarily handled or not in ‘as new’ condition may be rejected or a deduction may be applied.
* We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 14 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
* You will have to pay for the return postage of the Products.

Faulty Products

* We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 28 days to inform us of the fault (please note that for business customers including Local Education Authorities, charities and organisations this is 14 days). When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we will either, repair, replace the Products or issue a refund to you via your original payment method.
* In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
* If your goods develop a fault but it's more than 28 days since receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience which of course, we recommend you utilise in order to correct the fault quickly. You will have to pay all carriage costs.

Product Warranties

* We are an authorised dealer for all brands we sell, and all new items come with a manufacturer's warranty.
* We strongly recommend that you fill out and return the warranty cards to the manufacturers upon receipt of your purchase.
* For repairs under warranty, return the item to us and we will take care of warranty repairs. In these circumstances you will also be responsible for the cost of carriage to and from us.
* Please bear in mind that we do not have an in-house repair department, so it usually takes up to 6 weeks for us to process a warranty repair due to additional process steps. The quickest route is usually always for customers to contact the manufacturer directly.

Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products

* Please contact us by telephone (on 0845 375 4400) or via the contact page on this website to inform us of your wish to return Products.
* We may allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return.
* We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to:

* We do not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any Product nor the right to copy them.
* The copyright in this site and the content of all the software, web site and pages relating to the this website is owned by, or licensed to Zings Music Group, unless otherwise specified and may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent.
* Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of the website, all photographs on it and its marketing materials.
* You may use the website for private and personal non-commercial use only - i.e. to view, copy and print portions of the website for the sole purpose of placing Orders. The materials on the website may not be used for any other purpose.
* Our logos and trade names may not be used by anyone else without our express permission.
* We do not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trade mark and the trademarks of the brands featured on the website belong to their respective owners.

We may also record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and may be used to:

Our Responsibilities

* We have tried to make the descriptions (including all pictures) of the Products as accurate as possible but you should check the dimensions stated or contact us for exact sizes.
* We shall insure Ordered Products at their retail value whilst being delivered to you. Please sign for parcels received as unexamined. Please check the delivered Products as soon as possible on receipt as we will not cover any subsequent loss or destruction.
* We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care but does not give any guarantees, warranties or representations in respect of any other persons services.
* Because of the nature of the Internet, we provide and maintain this website on an "as is", "as available" basis and makes no promise that use of this website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
* Our website contains links to other websites which are not under the control of and are not maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content of those sites.
* Except as provided above we can give no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not involved in the manufacture of Products and will not advise on their use or operation or the manufacturers guidelines. * These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer which are available to you.
* Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, We exclude liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to us and we shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

* Since we are principally aiming the website at the UK market, we cannot guarantee that it accords with local laws of any other countries (though we will try to make sure it does).
